Education Qualification

Graduation in any stream with min 50% aggregate score across 10th/12th & Graduation.

  • X, XII, and Graduation should be in regular mode (No other mode like Correspondence mode or Distance learning, Vocational, Open schooling is allowed).
  • For the candidates having a gap in education, only up to 2 years of academic gap is allowed after the 10th, not more than that.

Bhawna Roherra

With over 25 years of experience in the Banking industry, Bhavna Rohera brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience into her training. She has worked with Indian Overseas Bank as well as HSBC Dubai UAE.

Senior trainer with NIIT IFBI, she has been a trainer in the BFSI sector for more than 8 years. She is a passionate, enthusiastic, adaptable team player who is always willing to learn and improve. Her goal is to make learning fun.

Bhawna Roherra

Command areas include retail banking, international banking, soft skills and Finacle software.

Vivek Chopra

Vivek is a programme mentor at IFBI and brings 18 years of BFSI industry experience. He has worked in Retail and Commercial Banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and American Express.

He has managed a team of RMs and the customer portfolios during his tenure as a Cluster Manager and Commercial Banking Manager. He has conducted various training programmes for SBI, KVB, HDFC Bank, Small Finance and Payments Banks, KBL, and India Post.

Graduates from any stream with below 26 years (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-2 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the program.

All candidates will need to appear and clear an Online Assessment Test (Test fee - INR 500/-). The candidates who clears the first round will be called for an interview by HDFC Bank. The candidates who clear all the stages will be eligible to join the program will receive the Provisional offer letter from the HDFC Bank.

The student will be placed as a Virtual Relationship Management or Virtual Acquisition Management at an Assistant Manager Grade at any of the HDFC Bank Contact Centers.

The training will happen virtually using various online collaborative platforms. It will be Instructor led training where Mentor will guide them throughout the program.

Good command over the Banking and Finance domain would be an added advantage.

Upon completion of the program you will receive a Certification in Virtual Relationship Management

HDFC Bank will issue a provisional offer letter to the learner on selection that will stand confirmed once the learner completes all phases of the training program successfully. The learner should abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer.

The program fee includes virtual immersive training and Mentor Sessions.

Once you are selected by HDFC Bank in the pre-program Interview, you will have to pay an admission fee of ₹10,000 + GST on getting the admission letter. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed or via an NBFC Loan facilitated by NIIT.

Please note that the payment for the program is collected by NIIT and there is no financial exchange that takes place with HDFC Bank

Following documents are required during selection:

  • PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Address Proof (Passport / Driving License / Voter’s Id)
  • Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate)
  • Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents)
  • Relieving letter from your last employer will be required if you have work experience

Once the program starts, there will be no refund on exiting the program. If you wish to leave the program before it's commencement, then the paid fee is refunded including the admission fee of ₹10,000 + GST.

Upon request NIIT will introduce the learner to the NBFC partner who will help in the entire loan application process. The interest and any processing/service fee is to be borne by the loan applicant. NIIT will not ensure or influence the loan sanction as it's a sole discretion of the Loan Provider.
