Freshers or Candidates with 0-3 years of Work Experience can apply.
You would NOT be eligible for this program if:
•You have a relative working at HDFC Bank in accordance to the relative hiring policy of the Bank. Moreover, if two relatives get selected for the program, candidate with lower assessment score will have to withdraw their application
•You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time
•You have ever been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum
•Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you
•Any candidate with relatives working in the bank cannot be considered for hiring if the relationship is falling within the 1st circle of relationship defined below. Earlier this was restricted upto 2nd circle.

•Please note that no exception should be done for 1st circle and business/ candidate should be informed upfront if any such candidature is identified during the interview/ offer process.
•It is mandatory for all candidates to disclose details of all relatives working in the Bank/under consideration for employment with Bank during offer process in HCM candidate portal. (Even if it is 2nd circle/ any other).
•TA Partners to validate the responses mentioned in the HCM questionnaire. Further probing may be done in case more information is required. If the relationship is falling within the 1st circle defined in policy, candidate cannot be hired and candidature should be dropped.
•A relative of an employee other than the first circle defined in the policy can be hired subject to such candidate not having any reporting relationship with the employee or any other relationship having conflict of interest from the bank’s perspective. Such relationship should be disclosed voluntarily by the employee concerned as soon as it happens/about to happen whichever is earlier.
NOTE:
Shortlisting at any stage during the application or selection process will be done basis HDFC Bank criteria. The student's education qualifications and background will be verified by the HDFC Bank through an external agency. The details provided by the student at the time of application/selection need to be authentic which are subject to verification. Once the Agency confirms the authenticity of these details only then the candidate will be considered for further process of selection/ employment in the HDFC Bank. At the time of joining the HDFC Bank, the candidate will have to submit a “self declaration” medical fitness form.

STEP 1:
Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed, including the payment of application fee. This application fee is for the purpose of the ACE Banker Program or Employment with HDFC Bank.
STEP 2:
The selection process consists of an Online Assessment Test followed by one-on-one Interaction
STEP 3:
The selected candidates shall receive a Selection Letter from NIITIFBI and after document verification and background verification by HDFC bank, candidates shall be issued Provisional Letter of Intent (LOI) by HDFC Bank. On completion of the admission formalities and payment of fee selected candidates shall be enrolled for the program.

Successful completion of the HDFC Bank - ACE Banker Program implies fulfilling of the following conditions:
a) Completion of the 45 days of classroom training leading to the conferring of a Certificate in ACE Banker Program, by NIITIFBI.
b) The student has to necessarily pass 45 days classroom Term with prescribed minimum marks of 60%.
c)Satisfactory conduct throughout the program as per the Code of Conduct prescribed by NIIT University, NIIT IFBI & HDFC Bank.
In case you are unable to complete the course / unable to pass all the subjects / unable to get the required minimum 60% marks as stipulated within the 45 days of training duration, the provisional offer of subsequent employment with HDFC Bank stands withdrawn automatically without any further action by HDFC Bank.
