This provides opportunities to first-generation graduates and undergraduates and opens up numerous opportunities to get jobs in BFSI industry. A 100-hour virtual online program helps you acquire the following capabilities:

This program makes you ready for jobs in both Banking and Insurance industry, in sales, customer service or operations roles. Experienced industry practitioners prepare you for relevant skills of today to expose you to the range of products and services of Banking and Insurance through a very experiential learning experience.
Easy selection and payment format
You pay only INR 2,000 and commit to learn, and rest of the fee will be paid by Bajaj Finserv. The fee paid is not refundable.

The Mentors
Bhawna Roherra
With over 25 years of experience in the Banking industry, Bhavna Rohera brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience into her training. She has worked with Indian Overseas Bank as well as HSBC Dubai UAE.
Senior trainer with NIIT IFBI, she has been a trainer in the BFSI sector for more than 8 years. She is a passionate, enthusiastic, adaptable team player who is always willing to learn and improve. Her goal is to make learning fun.
Bhawna Roherra
Command areas include retail banking, international banking, soft skills and Finacle software.
Vivek Chopra
Vivek is a programme mentor at IFBI and brings 18 years of BFSI industry experience. He has worked in Retail and Commercial Banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and American Express.
He has managed a team of RMs and the customer portfolios during his tenure as a Cluster Manager and Commercial Banking Manager. He has conducted various training programmes for SBI, KVB, HDFC Bank, Small Finance and Payments Banks, KBL, and India Post.
Vivek Chopra
Vivek is a graduate in Commerce and Hotel Management and a Masters in Business Administration.
Vidya Menon
Vidya brings 17 years of BFSI industry experience having worked in Retail Banking with AU Small Finance Bank, Yes Bank, DCB Bank, and ICICI Bank. Her experience spans across Banking, Finance, Insurance, business development, investments, loans, trade finance, audit, risk, process, AML, compliance, training, and team management. Vidya has managed RMs and customer portfolios during her tenure as Branch Manager and Branch Service Delivery Manager.
She has also led several critical projects like launching of new branches, setting up currency chest operations, conducting branch audits, business development, training and quality, and delivering excellent customer service. She is proficient in operating various financial and digital systems at a bank branch.
Vidya Menon
Vidya has a Masters Degree in Financial Management, is a graduate in Commerce and also holds a Diploma in Business Management.

Graduates from any stream below 28 years age (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-2 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking & finance sector should join this course.
Eligible graduates can directly get an entry into this program by registering with INR 2,000.
You will also get trained on facing interviews, practice with mock interviews to gain confidence. Bajaj Finserv and NIIT will create interview opportunities for you through job fairs and planned interviews for specific roles.
100 hours of Online training.
The total course duration is 100 hours, of which 4 hours are online self paced. 84 hours (or 14 days) will be virtual instructor-led training provided on MS Teams platform.
After you successfully complete the training with minimum 80% attendance, you will undergo an exit test. On clearing the exist test, you will receive an ecertificate from Bajaj Finserv and NIIT.
The program fee covers 100 hours of online training, which includes self-paced and instructor-led learning. This also covers your final exit test. On obtaining the certificate, you will become part of the CPBFI trained pool, and receive many opportunities for job interviews.
The program fee includes 20 days of virtual immersive Training, Curriculum and Mentor Sessions.
