The programme consists of a simple 3-step selection process. After the submission of the application form and clearing the eligibility criteria, the students go through a screening process. Post the successful completion of which guarantees you admission in our programme.
This is an immersive course, which means that the learners will perform tasks of similar complexity, as they would face in the ABYB role. Learners will study the business environment through business newspapers, best performing MFs, bonds, stocks, and other instruments to prepare a report. In his stint with corporate world, he worked with a Dubai based company in the capacity of Reginal Financial Controller and has handled 25 branches of the company situated in African continent.
Professor Kumar, an IIM Indore alumnus, is presently working as an Associate Professor at NIIT University, teaching various course related to Banking & Finance to MBA & PGDBM students. His research interest lies in the field of e-Financial Inclusion & Banking Risk Management.
He is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years’ chronicle of success and a track record of working with reputed & well-known Government owned Banks (including State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Punjab & Sind Bank & UCO Bank) and Best International Rating Agency & Risk Consultant (Dun & Bradstreet Dubai). He has been associated as Consultant (Deputed to Lagos, Nigeria) with Dun & Bradstreet Dubai where he spearheaded the implementation of Basel-II/III, formulation of ICAAP and other credit & operational risk consultancy at Nigeria.
Gayatri Anand, BFSI trainer with an experience of 12 years in Retail Branch banking (Asset and Liabilities), Trade Finance, Corporate loans, Credit management for MSME, and mid corp.

Graduates having more than 50% in any stream, above 20 years (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-2 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the programme.
Candidates shall need to appear and clear an Online Assessment and an NIIT Interview. The candidates who clear both will be eligible to join the programme.
The student will be placed as an Assistant Manager Grade performing role of Branch Relationship Officer at any of the Axis Bank Branches Pan India. The role of a BRO is to deepen Customer Relationship through Customer Service and Sales of Banking products.
The training will happen at NIIT University in Neemrana which is an award-winning green campus on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. The campus is spread across 75 acres and is a walled campus with a single entry and 24-hours security.
Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language, both written and spoken.

Axis Bank will issue the student with a provisional offer letter that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer.
The total fee for the programme is Rs. 3,29,207 + 18% GST (Rs. 3,88,464/-) . There is Loan available from the Axis Bank on programme fee minus the Registration fee.
The program fee includes 4 months of residential training + 2 months of guided Intership at Axis Bank + 6 months of guided On Job Training at Axis Bank. During the residential training, the student will earn a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month, during internship student will earn a stipend of Rs. 12,000 per month which is followed by 6 months of on-the-job training with a paid salary. The fee includes costs of training, accommodation, and food on the campus. Any expenses of personal nature like laundry, etc are not a part of the program fee. The program fee will remain Rs.3,29,207 + taxes irrespective of being delivered in Online mode or Campus mode.
Once you are selected after clearing the NIIT Interview, you will have to pay an Registration Fee of Rs. 10,000 + Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed or via the loan option provided by Axis Bank.

The programme fee will be collected in 2 instalments. Once the Term starts and you exit in between the instalments paid for the respective Term is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee is refunded excluding the Registration fee of Rs.10000 + Taxes.

No, this is a fully residential programme and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this programme and at the time of joining this programme, you are required to submit a Relieving letter from your last employer.
It is the sole discretion of the Axis Bank to place the candidate at any of their branches across India, depending upon their requirements.
EMI will start only after 6 months of joining the bank. However, you will have to pay a nominal interest component starting from the month the 1st instalment is released. More details will be shared in your loan approval letter.
