Eligibility, Criteria

Graduates from any stream except engineering (with or without work experience) with minimum 50% 
Education must   be in Regular   Mode

Age - 19-25 (at the training start date) 

Freshers or Candidates with 0-1 years of Work Experience can apply.

You would NOT be eligible for this program if:

  • No blood relatives/ spouse working with ICICI Group. Blood relatives including parents & siblings 
  • Candidates with prior experience with ICICI group for any duration not eligible.
  • Candidate should not have any educational history with NIIT IFBI, ICICI Skills Academy or   Probationary Officer program.
  • Candidate applied for ICICI directly & selected but not joined can reappear after 1 year from date of interview with ICICI group.
  • ICWA/CA/CS/MBA completed candidates not eligible

Graduates up to 1 year of experience from any stream except engineering from approved colleges across the country. Age, minimum 19 years and maximum 25 years.
Candidates shall need to appear for an Online assessment , Face to Face NIIT Interaction and a ICICI Interview. The candidates who clear all the this shall be eligible to join the program.
It is 15 Days Residential Training at NIIT Designated campus.
This is a 15-day residential training programme conducted at selected NIIT-approved campuses. Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language and local language, both written and spoken and with 0 to 1 years of work experience. Age between 19 to 25 years.

The ICICI SRM Program is an initiative by ICICI Bank – NIIT IFBI Academy focusing on building talent at ICICI Bank and aims to create next-generation Relationship Managers.
No, this is a full time program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit Experience letters and Relieving letters from your previous employers.

The student will be placed as a Relationship Manager.
