With over 25 years of experience in the Banking industry, Bhavna Rohera brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience into her training. She has worked with Indian Overseas Bank as well as HSBC Dubai UAE.

Senior trainer with NIIT IFBI, she has been a trainer in the BFSI sector for more than 8 years. She is a passionate, enthusiastic, adaptable team player who is always willing to learn and improve. Her goal is to make learning fun.

Gayatri Anand, BFSI trainer with an experience of 12 years in Retail Branch banking (Asset and Liabilities), Trade Finance, Corporate loans, Credit management for MSME, and mid corp.

Gayatri has been associated with IFBI for about 7 years and managed the education delivery for Pune. She has an MBA degree in HR and certification in CAIIB.

Graduates from any stream below 30 years age (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-3 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the program.

The candidates need to qualify for the direct interview conducted at the nearest  Axis Bank Branch/Circles.

The learner will be placed as a Business Development Executive at any of the Axis Bank Branch/Circles nearest to their home location.

The training will happen virtually on an online digital platform.

Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language would be preferred.

Certificate in Banking Sales and Business Development – from NIIT – IFBI

Axis Bank will release a provisional offer letter that will stand confirmed once the learner completes all phases of the training successfully. The learner has to abide by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer letter.

The total fee for the program is ₹10,000 + taxes.

The program fee includes 1 month of online virtual training.

Once you are shortlisted, you will receive a selection intimation from NIIT, post which you need to pay a total fees of ₹10,000 +Taxes before the start of the training.

Following Documents are required during selection:

  • PAN card Aadhar Card Address Proof (Passport / Driving License/Voter’s Id)
  • Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate)
  • Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents)
  • Relieving letter from your last employer will be required if you have been or are a working professional

The program fee will be collected in 2 installments as detailed in the Payment Plan. Once the term starts and you exit in between the installment paid for the respective term is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee is refunded.
