STEP 1:

This application fee is for the purpose of the VRM Program (Virtual Relationship Manager) or Employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

STEP 2:

The selection process consists of one-on-one interaction with NIIT Interview panel & Final Interview by Kotak Mahindra Bank.

STEP 3:

The selected candidates shall receive a Selection Letter from NIIT and after document verification, candidates shall be issued Provisional Offer Letter by Kotak Mahindra Bank. On completion of the admission formalities and payment of fee selected candidates shall be enrolled for the program.

Important Note:

In case you are unable to complete the course / unable to pass all the subjects / unable to get the required minimum 60% marks as stipulated within the 4 Weeks of training and in case you are not able to clear Kotak Bank Service Quality assessment within 15 days of internship, the Provisional Offer or subsequent employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank stands withdrawn automatically without any further action by Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Selected candidates will receive a Selection Letter from NIIT. Upon successful document verification, they will be issued a Provisional Offer Letter by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Once admission formalities are completed and the program fee is paid, candidates will be officially enrolled in the program. After successfully completing four weeks of online training along with the required assessments, and during 15 days of Internship candidate need to clearing Kotak Bank Service Quality assessment. Successful candidates will be eligible to receive the Appointment Letter from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The total fee for the program is ₹ 84,000 + 18% GST .
