Eligibility Criteria

Graduates or Post Graduates from any stream with 50% and above OR aggregate of 50% and above in all years of Graduation.

Work Experience:

  • Should have at least 1 year of experience handling sales profile.

Shortlisting at any stage during the application or selection process will be done basis HDFC Bank criteria. The student's education qualifications and background will be verified by the HDFC Bank through an external agency. The details provided by the student at the time of application/selection need to be authentic which are subject to verification. Once the Agency confirms the authenticity of these details only then the candidate will be considered for further process of selection/ employment in the HDFC Bank. At the time of joining the HDFC Bank, the candidate will have to submit a “self declaration” medical fitness form.

The selected candidates will be issued Provisional Letter of Intent (LOI) by HDFC Bank. On completion of the admission formalities, the selected candidates shall be enrolled for the program.

Graduates having more than 50% in any stream, max 30 years (at the training start date) and work experience between >1 <=3years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in Relationship Management sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, and local language proficiency is a pre-requisite for the programme.
Candidates shall need to appear for Online assessment, NIIT Interview and HDFC Bank Interview. The candidates who clears all the three rounds will be eligible to join the program.
It is 1 month Online Instructor Led Training.
Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language and local language, both written and spoken and with 1 to 3 years of work experience.
Certificate Program in Relationship Management issued by NIIT Limited.
HDFC Bank will issue the student with a provisional Letter of Intent that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by all the terms & conditions mentioned in the Letter of Intent.
The total fee for the program is Rs. 65,000 + 18% GST (Rs. 76,700/-).
The program fee includes 1 month of Online Training by NIIT.
Once you are selected after clearing screening process of online assessment, NIIT & HDFC interview you will have to pay an Registration Fee of Rs. 15,000+ Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed.

Once the Program starts fee is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee paid is refundable.
