Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Graduates or Post Graduates from any stream with 50% and above OR aggregate of 50% and above in all years of Graduation.
Work Experience:
- Should have at least 1 year of experience handling sales profile.

The student's education qualifications and background will be verified by the HDFC Bank through an external agency. STEP 1:
Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed, including the payment of application fee. This application fee is for the purpose of the Relationship Manager Program or Employment with HDFC Bank.
STEP 2:
The selection process consists of 3 stages:
- Online Assessment (Online)
- NIIT Panel Interview (Online)
- HDFC Bank Interview (Online)
STEP 3:
The selected candidates will be issued Provisional Letter of Intent (LOI) by HDFC Bank. On completion of the admission formalities, the selected candidates shall be enrolled for the program.

Graduates having more than 50% in any stream, max 30 years (at the training start date) and work experience between >1 <=3years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in Relationship Management sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, and local language proficiency is a pre-requisite for the programme.
Candidates shall need to appear for Online assessment, NIIT Interview and HDFC Bank Interview. The candidates who clears all the three rounds will be eligible to join the program.
It is 1 month Online Instructor Led Training.
Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language and local language, both written and spoken and with 1 to 3 years of work experience.
Certificate Program in Relationship Management issued by NIIT Limited.
HDFC Bank will issue the student with a provisional Letter of Intent that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by all the terms & conditions mentioned in the Letter of Intent.
The total fee for the program is Rs. 65,000 + 18% GST (Rs. 76,700/-).
The program fee includes 1 month of Online Training by NIIT.
Once you are selected after clearing screening process of online assessment, NIIT & HDFC interview you will have to pay an Registration Fee of Rs. 15,000+ Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed.

The Relationship Manager Retail Working Capital Program is an initiative by HDFC Bank – NIIT IFBI Academy of Relationship and Management focused on building talent at HDFC Bank and aims to create next-generation Relationship Managers basis work Experience.

No, this is a full time program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit Experience letters and Relieving letters from your previous employers.
The student will be placed as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank. The role of a Relationship Manager has to cater to Branch Management ,Lead generation/logins, Cross Selling,Renewals,Churn into WC account,Call Memos,Delinquency management and analyse ,seek resolution for Complaints : CRM / MD / PNO / CRO.
- Posting allocation would solely depend upon business requirements of the HDFC Bank and vacancies available at that time.
- The above is applicable for all Relationship Managers across any role / vertical
There is no OJT in the program.
The annual CTC is between Rs 4 - 6 Lakhs.
