Qualification:
Graduates or Post Graduates from any stream with 50% and above 

Age: 21 years to 27 years

Freshers or Candidates with 0-4 years of Work Experience can apply.

You would NOT be eligible for this program if:
•You have a relative working at CSB Bank in accordance to the relative hiring policy of the Bank. Moreover, if two relatives get selected for the program, candidate with lower assessment score will have to withdraw their application
•You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time
•You have ever been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum
•Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you

NOTE:
Shortlisting at any stage during the application or selection process will be done basis CSB Bank criteria. The student's education qualifications and background will be verified by the CSB Bank through an external agency. The details provided by the student at the time of application/selection need to be authentic which are subject to verification. At the time of joining the CSB Bank, the candidate will have to submit a “self declaration” medical fitness form.

STEP 1:
Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed, including the payment of application fee. This application fee is for the purpose of the Customer Service and Relationship Management Program or Employment with CSB Bank.

STEP 2:

The selection process consists of an Online Assessment Test followed by NIIT Interview and CSB Bank Interview


STEP 3:

The selected candidates shall receive a Selection Letter from NIITIFBI and , candidates shall be issued Provisional Letter of Intent (LOI) by CSB Bank. On completion of the admission formalities and payment of fee selected candidates shall be enrolled for the program.

 Loan Application Process:

  1. Min Age – 21 year
  2. Max Age – 60 (Salaried) & 65 (Self Employed)
  3. Income Criteria – No minimum income criteria
  4. If the learner is Major & unemployed or Minor – KYC & Bank statement of the earning family member is also required along with learner KYC.
  5. Applicant will select course on APP / Web Portal
  6. Post course selection applicant will select the loan amount & tenure as per requirement.
  7. Provide basic personal details & upload offer letter received from CSB Bank.
  8. Enter PAN (Bureau Fetching)
  9. Enter Aadhar (Address Verification)
  10. Bank Statement (basis on employment type as mentioned above) if required.
  11. Application will get submit for under writing.
  12. Loan application e-sign using Aadhar number.
  13. Emandate (using Debit card / Internet Banking / Aadhar / Physical)
  14. Application disbursed & respective bank account will get credit within 10 mins

Graduates having more than 50% in any stream, 21- 27 years (at the training start date) and work experience between >0 <=4years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in Retail Branch Banking should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, and local language proficiency is a pre-requisite for the programme.
Candidates shall need to appear for an Online assessment ,NIIT Interview and CSB Bank Interview . The candidates who clear all the this shall be eligible to join the program.

CSB Bank will issue the student with a provisional Letter of Intent that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by all the terms & conditions mentioned in the Letter of Intent.
The total fee for the program is ₹ 65,000 + 18% GST (₹ 76,700/-).
The program fee includes 21 Days Online Training .
Once you are selected after clearing screening process of online assessment ,NIIT Interview and Client Interview, you will have to pay a Registration Fee of ₹ 10,000+ Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed, or you can apply for loan.

Once the Program starts fee is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee paid is refundable.

No, this is a full time program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit Experience letters and Relieving letters from your previous employers.
In that case your admission shall stand “Cancelled”. The Admission Booking Fee of Rs. 11,800/- (Including GST) shall be refunded to you. You need to send a refund request email to CSBinfo@niit.com with a copy of cancelled cheque or a copy of passbook with Bank Name, IFSC Code, Bank account no, Beneficiary Name clearly visible. Your refund shall be processed within 15 days from receipt of all documents.
The student will be placed as a Customer Relationship Officer at CSB Bank. The role of a Customer Relationship Officer has to cater to Branch Management Operations, Customer service, Sales, Reporting etc.
