This program, co-designed by IndusInd Bank and IFBI - NIIT, is immersive in nature and provides you with realistic experience of working with customers, products and processes of IndusInd Bank.

The applicant should be between 20-29 years of age at the time of admission.
The program consists of a simple 3-step selection process. After the submission of the application form and clearing the eligibility criteria, the students go through a screening process. Post the successful completion of which guarantees you admission in our program.
The curriculum is immersive and the learners will perform tasks of similar complexity, as they would face in the actual job role. Learners will undergo extensive training on products and banking practices to get the experience and confidence to perform the role.
Training delivery will be done on a Digital Platform in a virtual Instructor-led mode. The training program is outcome oriented, and includes a high amount of hands-on practice, case studies, assignments and real life scenario-based discussion. The program includes frequent learning confirmation exercises and milestone-based assessments.
To solidify the learning, learners will undergo 1.5 months of On-Job-Training that enables work-based assignments, weekly coaching by mentors, and continued evaluation and feedback.
This is a short-term immersive program, where the learners will learn to solve various real like complex tasks, as they would face in the actual banking and business development role at IndusInd Bank. Learners will be learning the various banking concepts, banking regulations and compliance, and will undergo extensive hands on experience in sales and customer acquisition, to get the confidence to succeed in their job role.
Dr. Alok Malhotra is a senior trainer and academic consultant with NIIT IFBI. Alok has over 30 years of work experience, including 15 years of banking, 6 years of entrepreneurship and 10 years of training experience.
Alok brings with him rich experience across banking, entrepreneurial venture, curriculum design and training delivery in the areas of New Joiner Induction, Financial Management, Behavioral Skills, Sales and Customer Interaction Skills, and Core Banking Solution. He has extensive experience of working with Indian as well as International banks like ANZ Grindlays Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Bandhan Bank, Various Small Finance Banks and Payments Banks, in all units of retail banking, new branch implementation, system migration, new product launches and setting up of training infrastructure.
Dr. Sushil has earned his PhD in Accounting & Finance from the Department of Accounting and Business Statistics, University of Rajasthan. He has done his PGCPF from IIM Indore and has done MBA in Finance, MA in Business Economics, PG Diploma in Foreign Trade, PG Diploma in Financial Management, CA (Inter), ICAI’s Accounting Technician Certificate Program and has qualified UGC NET (Management).
In his overall experience of 19 years in academics and corporate, he has worked with various institutes including IMI – Bhubaneswar and IIS University Jaipur. In his stint with corporate world, he worked with a Dubai based company in the capacity of Reginal Financial Controller and has handled 25 branches of the company situated in African continent.
Professor Kumar, an IIM Indore alumnus, is presently working as an Associate Professor at NIIT University, teaching various course related to Banking & Finance to MBA & PGDBM students. His research interest lies in the field of e-Financial Inclusion & Banking Risk Management.
He is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years’ chronicle of success and a track record of working with reputed & well-known Government owned Banks (including State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Punjab & Sind Bank & UCO Bank) and Best International Rating Agency & Risk Consultant (Dun & Bradstreet Dubai). He has been associated as Consultant (Deputed to Lagos, Nigeria) with Dun & Bradstreet Dubai where he spearheaded the implementation of Basel-II/III, formulation of ICAAP and other credit & operational risk consultancy at Nigeria.

Graduates from any stream with age between 20-29 years and work experience between 0-2 years, who are interested to have a rewarding Sales & Business Development career should join this course.
All eligible candidates will need to appear and clear an Online Assessment, and NIIT Interview. The candidates who clear both will be called for an interview with IndusInd Bank. The selected candidates will receive a provisional letter of intent (LOI) from IndusInd Bank, and can then pay the program fee to begin the training program.
The learner will be placed as a Business Development Executive - Trainee at IndusInd Bank. Upon completion of 11 months, the performance will be considered and a promotion will be offered as Business Development Executive.
The first 3 weeks training will happen virtually using various online collaborative platforms. During the next 6 weeks, you will be posted at an IndusInd Bank branch and will receive on-job-training. Mentors will guide throughout the 9-week duration.
Eligible candidates should possess good command over the English language, and also should be interested in performing a target-oriented Sales role.
Upon completion of the program you will receive a Certificate in Banking Sales and Business Development.
IndusInd Bank will issue a provisional letter of intent (LOI) to candidates who pass all phases of selection successfully. After the registered learners complete the 9-week training and OJT, IndusInd bank will give a final offer letter for the role of a BDE Trainee. The learner should abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer.
Apart from the applicable application fee, the program fee is ₹45,000 + GST. Refer to the Payment Options section for fee payment detail.
The program fee includes virtual immersive Training, Curriculum and Mentor Sessions.
Once you are selected by IndusInd Bank in the pre-program Interview, you will have to pay an admission fee of ₹5,000 + GST on getting the admission letter.

Once the program starts, there will be no refund on exiting the program. If you wish to leave before the program before it's commencement, then the paid fee is refunded excluding the admission fee of ₹5,000 + GST.
If you are in the final year of your Graduation you can apply, but the program requires you to have completed graduation at the time of training start.
Instead of Internship you are provided an On-Job-Training of 45 days(1.5 months). During that period you are paid a stipend of ₹10,000.
No, this is a full time immersive program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit a Relieving letter from your last employer.
It is the sole discretion of IndusInd Bank to place the candidate at any of their location depending upon their requirements.
