Qualification & Other Eligibility Criterion:

  • Graduation or Post Graduation from any stream with 50% and above 
  • Candidates who have appeared and are awaiting results of Final year of Graduation /Post Graduation are also eligible for the program. However Original Final Year Marks sheet & Degree certificate shall have to be submitted on Joining the Program 
  • Graduation / Post Graduation Year 2019 - 2023 
  • Graduation Degree (10+2+3 Pattern) is Compulsory 
  • 50% in 10th, 12th & Graduation
  • Good Communication Skills

You would NOT be eligible for this program if:

  • You have a relative working at Axis Bank in accordance to the relative hiring policy of the Bank. Moreover, if two relatives get selected for the program, candidate with lower assessment score will have to withdraw their application.
  • You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time.
  • You have ever been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum.
  • Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you

Decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose at the time of conduct of examination, interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. The selection process consists of 3 stages:

Graduates having more than 50% in any stream, above 21 years & less than 28 years (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-2 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the programme.
Candidates shall need to appear and clear an Online Assessment. The candidates who clear the assessment will have to appear for 2 levels of interview one with NIIT Panel after clearing the same final interview with Axis Bank. Candidate clearing all 3 stages of selection process shall be eligible to join the programme.
First 1.5 months training shall be online over NIIT Platform followed by 1 month residential training  at NIIT University, Neemrana. This will be followed by 1 month On the Job Training at Axis Bank Contact Centre.
Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language, both written and spoken.
Certificate in Virtual Sales and Relationship Management – from NIIT – IFBI
Axis Bank will issue the student with a provisional offer letter that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer.
The total fee for the program is ₹1,25,000 + taxes (₹ 1,47,500/- Inclusive of 18% GST as of today)
The program fee includes 1.5 months of online training , 1 months of residential training & 1 months of guided On Job Training at Axis Bank Contact Centre. During 1 month of on-the-job training with a paid salary. The fee includes costs of training, accommodation & food on the campus. Any expenses of personal nature like laundry, etc. are not a part of the program fee. The program fee will remain Rs1,25,000 + taxes irrespective of being delivered in Online mode or Campus mode.
Once you are selected after clearing online assessment & 2 levels of Interviews, you will have to pay an Registration Fee of Rs. 15,000 + Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed or via the loan option provided by various Lending Partners.

The programme fee will be collected in 3 instalments. Once the training starts and you exit in between the instalments paid for is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee is refundable.

The student will be placed as an Assistant Manager Grade performing role of Virtual Sales & Relationship Manger across Axis Bank Contact Centres. The role of a VRM/VAM is to be the one point of contact for customer’s banking requirements. Ensure business for the bank by exploring cross product opportunities. Sell banking products & services based on customer needs through virtual digital platforms. Ensure efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience.
Yes, you will under go 1 months of On the Job training. Salary will be paid during the OJT.
Posting allocation during OJT & final posting shall be sole discretion of the Axis Bank. Axis Bank shall place the candidate at any of their Contact Centre locations depending upon their requirements.

The annual CTC is in the range of Rs 3.48 to Rs.3.75 lakhs basis Job Location. This includes an assumed annual performance-based bonus (Target variable pay) and includes eligibility-based loan benefits, insurance benefits and retirals like PF & Gratuity.
