Qualification: Graduates or postgraduates from any stream from approved colleges across the country.
Age: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years.

You would NOT be eligible for this program if:
• You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time.
• You have ever been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum.
• Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you.

STEP 1:
Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed. This application is for the purpose of the admission to the Ready to Rise and not for Employment with Tata AIG.

STEP 2:
The selection process consists of an one-on-one Interaction with NIIT Panel followed by Interview with Tata AIG. The selected candidates shall receive an intimation from Tata AIG. After document verification by NIIT, candidates shall be issued Provisional Offer Letter (POL). Upon completion of the admission formalities and payment of program fee, the selected candidates shall be enrolled in the program

Successful completion of the Ready to Rise Bancassurance Program implies fulfilling of the following conditions:

1. The student must successfully complete the entire program with a minimum score of 50% 
2. Satisfactory conduct throughout the program, as per the Code of Conduct prescribed by NIIT IFBI, and Tata AIG.
In case you are unable to complete the course, pass all the subjects, or achieve the required minimum 50% marks during the program then post final evaluation, the employment opportunity will be decided.

Candidate qualifications and background will be verified by Tata AIG through an external agency. All information provided must be authentic and remains subject to verification. Only upon successful confirmation of these details, a candidate will be considered for further selection process or employment.

It is 1 month residential training at NIIT IFBI designated Campuses.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) mandatory requirement for admission.
Certificate in "GI Practices" issued by NIIT IFBI.
The selected candidates shall receive a Provisional Offer Letter (POL) from TATA AIG. Upon completion of admission formalities and payment of the program fee, the selected candidates shall be enrolled in the program.
The total fee for the program is ₹75,000 + GST (Total Fee ₹88,500/- Current GST@18%).
The program fee includes 1 month Residential Training at NIIT IFBI designated campuses. The fee includes costs of training, accommodation and food on the campus. Any expenses of personal nature like laundry, etc. are not a part of the program fee.
Once you are selected after clearing screening process of an online assessment test, one-on-one interaction with the NIIT panel, followed by Interview with Tata AIG,you will have to pay a Registration Fee of ₹ 25,000+ Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training.

Once the program starts, the fee is not refundable. If you wish to withdraw before the program commences, the fee paid is refundable.
The Ready to Rise Bancassurance Program is a collaborative initiative by Tata AIG and NIIT IFBI Academy focusing on building talent at Tata AIG and aims to create Next-Generation bancassurance Sales Manager.
No, this is a full time program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit Experience letters and Relieving letters from your previous employers.
In that case your admission shall stand “Cancelled”. The Admission Booking Fee of ₹ 25,000/- + GST shall be refunded to you. You need to send a refund request email to Tataaiginfo@niit.com with a copy of cancelled cheque or a copy of passbook with Bank Name, IFSC Code, Bank account no, Beneficiary Name clearly visible. Your refund shall be processed within 15 days from receipt of all documents.
