• Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you.

Shortlisting at any stage of the application or selection process is at the discretion of Chola’s criteria. STEP 1:
Register yourself by completing your online application form on this site. Please note, your application will be considered for further processing only when it is completed. This application is for the purpose of the admission to the Chola - Gold Loan Specialist Certification Program and not for Employment with Chola.
STEP 2:
The selection process consists of an online assessment test followed by one-on-one Interaction with NIIT Pannel, The selected candidates shall receive an intimation from Chola. After document verification and background verification by Chola, candidates shall be issued Provisional Offer Letter (POL). Upon completion of the admission formalities and payment of program fee, the selected candidates shall be enrolled in the program.
Successful completion of the Chola - Gold Loan Specialist Certification Program implies fulfilling of the following conditions:
a) Completion of 6 days of classroom training leading to the conferring of a Gold Loan Specialist Certification Program by NIIT IFBI.
b) The student must successfully complete the 6 days classroom term with a minimum score of 60%.
c) Satisfactory conduct throughout the program, as per the Code of Conduct prescribed by NIIT IFBI, and Chola.
In case you are unable to complete the course, pass all the subjects, or achieve the required minimum 60% marks within the 6 days training duration, the provisional offer of subsequent employment with Chola will stand withdrawn automatically, without any further action by Chola.

Gayatri Anand, BFSI trainer with an experience of 12 years in Retail Branch banking (Asset and Liabilities), Trade Finance, Corporate loans, Credit management for MSME, and mid corp.
Gayatri has been associated with IFBI for about 7 years and managed the education delivery for Pune. She has an MBA degree in HR and certification in CAIIB.
Vivek is a programme mentor at IFBI and brings 18 years of BFSI industry experience. He has worked in Retail and Commercial Banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and American Express.
He has managed a team of RMs and the customer portfolios during his tenure as a Cluster Manager and Commercial Banking Manager. He has conducted various training programmes for SBI, KVB, HDFC Bank, Small Finance and Payments Banks, KBL, and India Post.
