Graduates having more than 50% in any stream, not more than 25 years (at the training start date) and work experience 0 - 6 months, who are interested to have a rewarding career in Insurance sector. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, and local language proficiency is a pre-requisite for the program.
Candidates shall need to appear for an Online assessment and One-on-One Interaction with NIIT Interviewer and Axis Max Life Insurance interview. The candidates who clear all the this shall be eligible to join the program.
It is 12 Days Training (6 days Residential at NIIT Designated Campus & 6 days Online)
Graduates with good command over the English & local language, 0 to 6 months of work experience, age less than 25 years.
"Certificate in Bharosemand Changemaker Program" issued by NIIT IFBI
Axis Max Life Insurance will issue a provisional Letter of Intent that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully (12 days training & 2 months On the job training). The student has to be abiding by all the terms & conditions mentioned in the Letter of Intent.
The total fee for the program is ₹ 40,000/- + GST (₹ 47,200/-Inclusive of GST)
The program fee includes 6 Days Online Training ,6 Days of Residential Training at NIIT Designated Campus (food, boarding & Lodging, during 6 Days residential training)
Once you are selected after clearing screening process of online assessment & one on one interactions (NIIT & Axis Max Life Insurance), you will have to pay a Registration Fee of ₹ 10,000+ Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed, or you can apply for loan.
Following Documents are required during selection: Updated Resume (CV) Address Proof/Identity Proof/Signature Proof (PAN card, Aadhar Card, Passport / Driving License/Voter’s Id) Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate) Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents) Experience letter and Relieving letter from your last employer will be required .
Once the Program starts fee is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee paid is refundable.
